If it has helped then why have you stopped? It has to be continued for long.
Additionally you rub your hand fingers nails with the other hand fingers' nails for atleast 5 minutes daily twice morning and evening.
You will get good results after about a month more.
Don't.s give it up. | | |

Use Dettol/Savlon while taking bath.
Additionally apply on your scalp 2 spoons of Curd (Yougurt) mixed with Juice of 1/2 peice of Lemon before bath.
After that you may apply any anti-septic cream of your choice. If not then Savlon with little water two times (afternoon and bed time) daily.
Rub your nails daily minimum 5 minutes both the times.
Try it seriously and see the difference yourself.
Take "Wiesbaden 200C" 2 drops in one spoon of water once a week.
Pl. report on fortnightly basis.

Rajendra, can you please explain to me how rubbing finger nails together can promote hair growth? Are there other benefits from doing this as well?
Thank you. | | |

I found this info on another website regarding my previous question, thought Id share it...
"Rubbing your left and right hand nails with each other is a powerful way to cure hair fall and increase hair growth. It is extremely simple yet very effective. You need to fold both your palms inwards and place the fingernails of both hands against each other. Then with regular swift motions, rub them against each other. There are nerve endings below the nails which are connected to your scalp. This rubbing procedure increases the blood flow to the scalp and helps in strengthening the roots. It not only helps in curbing hair loss, but also leads to regrowth of lost hair in people suffering from baldness or receding hairlines. And if that is not good enough, it also brings back the color naturally thus getting rid of the problem of graying. Trust me, it is the best thing you could do for your hair. It is simple and can be done anywhere anytime. Do it for about 5-7 minutes twice a day. It is tried and tested and will definitely show results. You need to be patient though. You will begin to notice a difference in about a month and by the end of 6 months you would probably be successful in ridding yourself of all your hair problems."

My age is 70+ .
I statted rubbing nails as explained. Periodically washing my head with dettil/Savlon and also applying Curd with Lemon juice once a while. After about 2 month or so I felt itching sensation on my scalp and there was a feeling that some sking is turning. After some days I felt Hair started growing. After another month my family members started telling there there are some hair on my scalp. Earlier it was just like yours.
I have not been regular thereafter so it is partly that I have hair.
Now whenever I do rubbing, I feel few aditions in the growth.
A friend of mine at the age of 80 could change colour of his hair from Gray to Black by the same method. He now looks younger then me.

| Re: Male Pattern Baldness (MPB) & Other types of Hairloss | From Rajendra [Log on to view profile] | on 2007-08-15 |
Don's do so much. Wait for three-four days to relax your nerves and then start. Not more than 5 minutes at a time - twice a day - morning and evening. Put mild pressure and not much on your nails. Nerves below the nails should not get hurt. They are senstive and only they passes message to the brain.
It may take time. I startted getting feeling of hair growing after about three months.
I hope you are applying some lubrication and antiseptic on your head. I find Plain curd with Lime Juice helps. But once a day before taking bath.
