Help for CFS and joint pain Page 14 of 14

List of symptoms:
mind:
-fear of talking in public
-fear of failure (at work)
-fear of not being good enough
-low self-esteem
-always degrade myself, not smart enough
-dissatisfied
-desire to travel and to
-change everything
-do something different
-it´s hard to get things done, procrastinating
-wants to do so many things, have so little strenght
-yielding, gloomy
-wants to stay at home with family all the time
Other:
-weak memory
-very weak and tired
-mental work makes me exhausted, hard to think clearly
-physical complaint on the right side of the body: sore throat, mild earpain, neck pain and face pain, white/grey coated tongue that smells badly
-irritability
-hard, dry cough comes and goes
-desire for freedom to do what I want and to go where I want
-chill comes and goes, especially on feet
-like warm clothes, especially wrap my head when outside
-the week before menses is very bothersome with depression, anger and weepy
Sameer! I get a little more energy from silicea still but mentally I don´t feel better...

The frequent sore throat makes me also feel like it is pflegm or some lump deep down in tjhroat so I swallow and swallow...

Hi Sameer,
I felt relief mentally for about 10-12 days after the doses but now I am getting worse again. I had slight more energy and were a bit happier. No big difference but I think that it was a small improvement...
May I take a 200c dose?

Hi Sameer,
Calcarea phos has helped me a lot and I have continued with it up to lm4 until june 2012.
Then I discovered that Hepar sulphur helped me mentally as I took it for throat pain...therefor I have been taken it until today (up to lm3). Hepar has helped me a lot but now it doesn´t seem to help me anymore and my current symptoms are:
-very very irritated and angry especially at my husband, almost creep out of my own skin...these feelings are also towards men in general. My thoughts are that he never takes any responsibility, I have to do everything...My family eats me up and I have to serve them all the time...
-bitterness
-My main feeling is that I just want to be left alone, don´t want to talk to anyone, just read and watch tv alone...don´t want to be talked to at all...
-I cannot relax and enjoy life, cannot feel pleasure in anything only duties and responisibilities all the time..
-tired, depressed and sluggish
-feels like a machine, does alla duties but feels no pleasure at all
-wants to live alone, get away from my family and from everything..
Do you know what remedy it could be Sameer?
