The endless viral infection

Hello all, first post =)

I am a 19 yr old male, usually healthy ( get the flu and cold several times a year so i am used to them)

HOWEVER, 4 weeks ago i got this viral infection that presented it self abit differently, I had a sore throat, clear phlegm and nothing very prominant. However after the sore throat resolved, i started getting hot all over. Now I thought it was a fever but my temp goes from 36.2-37.2 max and so I just seem to heat up, especially when I change room temperatures etc. So that viral resolved ( or so I thought) then the past week, i developed the worst sore throat ever, this time with yellow/brownish phlegm that presented it self all day. Now 6-7 days later my phlegm is only that colour in the morning, and I still wake up with the sore throat. I still have this whole body heat thing going on, sore throat through the day is not existent. I have a dry cough that is very persistent. In both occasions I went to the doctors they said it was either allergies or just a viral infection and that i should wait it out. Now I never had any allergies to begin with, and this 2nd viral infection is odd because my sore throat is existent only in the morning and a dry cough. Also what could this body flashing be? I have no weight loss or body sweats. However I do have red pustules that I seem to have developed due to heat, they are scattered and not in clusters, usually around my neck.

So I have no clue, I also have some sluggish sensation and fatigue and my face pretty much feels hot when i wake up..like inner heat of some sort.

No tonsillitis of any sort, and this is not bacterial so I was not prescribed anti-biotics...but seriously it's like a month now =S
