Can i use the remedies together?

Hi there!
I'm new to homeopathy and I'm trying to treat my current case of alopecia areata.

I was wondering if it is okay to use Silicea, Phosphorus, Natrum Mur., and Sulphur together.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I just wanted to add that I have been using Silicea, Phosphorus, and Natrum Mur. together for the last 9 days.

So far the hair loss has reduced significantly already.

Although, I was thinking of adding Sulphur as this is the medicine that the online homeopathic software recommends.

I just wanted to know if I should add Sulphur or if I should just stick to what I am doing right now.

Thanks.
