food allergies

Hello,
I seem to have developed food allergie in the past year or so.Whenever I eat any cheesy , oily or spicy food eg pizza or fried food I get breakouts on my cheek area only ,the breakouts are bright red & sometimes are yellow in color at the tip, painful. It only happens on the cheek area on both sides of the face.

I am 30 year old healthy male with no other adverse health concerns.

any input will be greatly appreciated. Have tried dieting but being from india & used to that diet have lost lot of weight in the process.

thanks
