We are married for 5 years. My husband has the problem of Azoospermia. He has undergone biopsy also ( spermotocyte arrest in the report). We have taken ayurvedic treatment for (1 year) and also homeopathic treatment for (1 year) but of no use. The semen report is same with nil sperm count.we have consulted doctors also who suggested IUI and IVF , but we cannot afford for such expensive treatments.

Few days back i got my seminogram test done,In the Report i came to know that i have azoospermia.
The Test Results are as follows:

Viscosity - slight
colour - whitish
pH - 7.8,
PUS cells - 1-2
Red Blood cells - Nil
Epithelial Cells - Nil
Total Sperm Concentration - No sprematozoa seen
Back in 1990 i suffered from hodgkins lymphoma(throat) and was given chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment.When i consulted with my allopathic doctor he said you have azoospermia due to chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment.

OPERATIVE REPORT (05-09-2008)
Following a midline scrotal incision necessary cleaning and capping GAA reached the right testis. Test X8 magnification is opened. X16-24 magnification were examined tubules. There were samples taken from the sperm. The left testicle has been reached. X16-24 magnification were examined tubules. In the example taken from the sperm was not observed. After hemorrhage control in anatomic layers were closed. Both testes were included in a sample of pathology.
PATHOLOGY REPORT
The clinical diagnoses: N / A
Macroscopic findings:
1 - Right Testis: Collectively 0,5 x0, 3x0, 2 cm gauge., Yellow-cream colored, spongy consistency of tissue fragments. T1K
2 - Right Testis: 0,3 x0, 2x0, 2 cm gauge., Yellow-cream colored, spongy consistency, texture fragment1P1K
DIAGNOSIS:
Testis: Right and Left; biopsy (1-2):
Maturation arrest of complete
Cells were spermatid level.
Intratubular germ cell neoplasm (ITGCN) was observed.
Scrotal color Doppler U.S.:
Both testes were observed in the scrotum. Both testicular size, normal parenchymal echogenicity and parenchymal perfusion. There was intra-or extratesticular mass. Normal size and appearance of both the epididymis. Physiological limits of scrotal fluid on both sides.
Venous diameter 2.7 mm and is compatible with the right grade of varicocele.
Venous diameter was 2.9 mm on the left, compatible with grade 1 varicocele. Pampiniform venous plexus reverse flow on the left after the Valsalva maneuver was noted.

i am 29 year male married since four years and no child b'coz i am azoospermia with sertoli cells only.(FNAC report)
i am told by doctors that i will not be able to become father due zero sperm cells.
i am very active sexually,no erection problem.
my reporst are as follows:-
