information that you may need:
39 year old male
prefer spring/fall weather
moods are constant, nice person
love sweets and coffee.
can get anxiouis or hyper at times
allerigies to pollen and shellfish
heart and prostate probs in family
office job minimum to med stress now. merger will change that possibly.
taken every antibitic possible for sinuses:
erythimicin,nasal sprays, z-paks, tetracycline, valtrax for extreme case of shinges on neck.
have taken multi vits and zinc for tinnitus. Little help.
