Unfortunately with only 200ml per 24 hours urine output, I fear the prognosis looks poor, but miracles are still possible. Naturally continue with dialysis while trying Co Q10 and vitamin C.
Stop calcium immediately as this will cause more damage to your kidneys.
A note on the vitamin C supplementation, because you now have excess calcium in the body. Vitamin C will mobilize the calcium so it can be removed via dialysis and urine, therefor you do not wish this to happen all at once by taking large doses of vitamin C. Start off taking 500mg per day for a month, then increase to 1500mg per day for the next month. After this increase slowly to the recommended amounts in the other posts. If you experience lower back pains, in the kidney area, cut back on the Vitamin C a bit, as you will then be detoxifying to quickly and stressing your already damaged and highly stressed kidneys.
Another important note on vitamin C supplementation, when taking vitamin C by mouth, never take it at the same time as other supplements, it will oxidize the other supplements, and you will thus waste your time, money and health. Make sure to separate the supplementation of vitamin C from other supplements by one hour.
God Bless,
Tim
