uncertainty

Hello,

I would like some advice please. My 30 year old sister feels stressed, anxious and uncertain about her life. She qualified as a social worker last year and found it very difficult to get a job which made her feel like a failure and anxious about money. She started working recently in child protection and is finding the job stressful. Although she is enjoying the job immensely, she feels constantly on edge, lacking in confidence and unsure if she is capable of making the right decisions. Her contract is for one month, so she is not sure if contract will be extended which contributes to her uncertainty and anxiety. She is finding it hard to relate to colleagues due to lack of confidence. She puts this down to not being able to obtain work since she qualified a year ago, even though she got an excellent degree. She presents as timid, shy, likes lots of reassurance and will always put herslf out for others.

She lives with her boyfriend and they recently took out a joint mortgage. She is not sure if this was the right decision, if she committed too quickly, even though they have been together for three years. She finds change hard.If annoyed by others she will not say anything and suppress her irration, anger.
She has fibromayalgia which was triggered by a car crash about five years ago.She suffers from lower back pain and neck pain as a result of this. She takes painkillers to combat this.

She doesn't sleep well, dreams about work and what she should have or shouldn't have done. Her body temperature flucuates between very hot and very cold, especially at night in bed.Dribbles a little during sleep.

She gets bloated easily with some gas. She loves choclate and bread and is averse to fish.

Iasked her to sya in one sentence what is the biggest difficulty for her right now and her response was 'uncertainty about everything'

Any help with rubrics/remedies would be appreciated.

Many thanks.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
she seems to be a PULSATILLA girl.

most of her mental symptoms could be relieved by a few doses of PULSATILLA 1M.

if the symptoms get ameliorated finally a dose of PULSATILLA 10M would bring in long term cure.
