lungs problem

my mom 74 years old , her chest exrays as under there is a patch of consolidation in the r+ lower zone and upper zone there are fibrotic changesbilaterally e , bronchistatic changes sided bular ,cardiac size enlarged , she also has legs swelling feet swelling , she cant sleep by lying down on bed except by sitting n dropping legs downward , plz help find medicine guide me
