The ABC Homeopathy Forum

2 1/2 year old with "stomach flu"

My daughter is in the third day of a stomach flu (which, I understand, is a misnomer). She woke up at 4:30am the other night and proceeded to vomit every 20-30 minutes for 12 hours. During that time I only gave her a teaspoon or less of water, nothing else, in no less than 20 minute intervals and usually longer. After 12 hours, there was a two-hour break before she vomited again. After that, she didn't vomit again for 24 hours. Since then she has vomited but infrequently. She also has had a consistent fever varying from 99.1 to 101.7.

On the second day, she was able to tolerate larger doses of water...a few ounces at a time. Now we are into day three and, after vomiting following a waking drink of water (about two ounces), and still feverish, she remains lying down, falling into a brief nap every hour or two. She chronically complains that her 'tummy hurts' and graons and moans.

She is also now developing a fever blister, which she is prone to. For that I gave her this morning a dose of the homeopathis Herpes Zoster 100c.

Please does anyone have a homeopathic recommendation for this stomach flu?
