tongue numbness after wisdom teeth removal
a part of my right side of the tongue is numb after i had my wisdom teeth removed. i've read that a nerve can be damaged by removing the wisdom teeth that can result in this numbness.. it can be temporary or permanent.is there any remedy i can take that would help to regenerate the nerves around the jaw/teeth area??

Take Arnica 1M one dose and observe for a week. Still if some numbness is there please take Hypericum 200 not exceeding six doses.

By one does, you mean one pellet of Arnica Montana? how many times a day?
If numbness still persists after a week, how many hypericum perforatum 200 pellets do I take a day?
The self-diagnosis software revelaved the Natrum Muriaticum remedy... might this be a good choice also?

Etiological reason points towards traumatic remedies like Arnica and Hypericum.
One dose=3 pellets or 3 drops(if liquid).
Arnica dosage 1M only once. Hypericum dosage if required will be 3 pellets thrice daily for 2/3 days.

I will need to take Arnica 1 dose (3 pellets), only once a day for a week.. correct?
After a week, if numbness persists.. take Hypericum, 3 pellets, 3 x a day for 2-3 days.. correct?
If numbness persists even after Hypericum, what should I do then?

Regarding Arnica yes its SINGLE dose on any day and no more thereafter. You've understood hypericum';s dosage well.
Hopefully these remedies should kickstart the healing reaction. You can report after a couple of weeks.
