Please Immediate advice for a case of Mononucleosis

Hi,

I am a college student, living in the U.S., and have a very active lifestyle always busy, I compete gymnastics, and right now is competition season. Normally my general health is very good, except for some problems with allergies leading to sinus infections, which are normally healed with Silicea 30c, and overuse injuries from gymnastics.

First I will describe the start of my symptoms.
I started feeling very fatigued about 8 days ago, last Monday, I was getting more sleep than I normally do, but I kept on feeling very tired. I went home for spring break on Fri., I had started running fever during practice at the gym, and continued to run fever. It wasn't going down and stayed around 102. I had bad headaches during this time. My neck had been stiff since Monday, but now surpassing that feeling of stiffness was a great deal of pain associated with very swollen lymph nodes in my neck. They are visible when looking at my neck from a few feet away, the enlarged lymph nodes are in the area behind, just below my ears, below my jaw, and different places on the back of my neck. The area beneath my left eye was very puffy, and beneath both my eyes looked discolored.

I don't react well with, or like allopathic medications, I was only taking Silicea at this time, for the feeling of tiredness and thinking that the swollen lymph nodes was due to a bad sinus infection. I thought I would feel better once I had gotten a few nights of well rest.

Sunday I had 15 hrs. sleep, but didn't feel better. On Sunday night I went to a med clinic in town, since I wasn't feeling any better and was feeling worse headaches and pain where my lypmh nodes were swollen. They said toncilitis, and gave me ceclor, an antibiotic to take, along with decodron, a steriod.
I was able to take one antibiotic on Monday morning and then I was asleep the rest of the day. I woke back up around 7pm from my phone ringing, at this point my fever was higher reaching 102.4, and I felt even greater pain with headaches and the pain in the areas with my swollen lymph nodes.
I had someone drive me to a hospital, where I waited for 4 hr. untill I was treated. The doctor ran a mono test which was positive. He gave me an IV for dehydration, along with Toradal, Dicadion, Dilandin, and Pheregen. After that given through the IV my pain was greatly reduced. I didn't feel too much pain with headaches or in my neck caused by the lymph nodes even Tues.

Here are my symptoms currently. Today, which is Wednesday, I woke up, had headaches, which are less than before, but still at a very high level of uncomfort. I am no longer running fever. The interior of my throaht feels swollen, Im having difficulty with swallowing, eating, drinking, and talking. I have the same level of pain in my neck in the areas with my swollen lymph nodes as before, with increased pain with even the slightest touch. The area beneath both my eyes are still the same dicolored look, and now both are very puffy.

Throughout this whole time, it is hard for me to smile, even though when I am in good health I am smiling and laughing all the time. I have had the feeling of wanting to cry since Sun., even crying Sun., for hours. Mon. night while I was on the phone and again while I was in the hospital. I was getting some groceries on Tue., and when I got to the check out lane, I was overwhelmed with my feeling of tiredness and dispair that I burst out into tears again. And then Later Mon. I couldn't help again crying.
