Please help, advice needed

Hello,

I have been posting on this thread about my boyfriend's varicocele:

We took a change of potency 9 weeks ago now and the varicocele has not improved. Erika seems to have disappeared so I am not sure what we should be doing. Could anyone advise what to do next? I can summarise the whole thread if you don't want to read the whole thing.
