Prematurely graying hair

Hello everyone

I am a 29 yr old male and have experienced problems with graying hair for the past few years.

I have tried the following:
a) Stopped drinking coffee (2 months now)
b) Not sure how much this helps, but I have stopped taking a hot shower as I read some instances where washing hair with hot water results in graying.

I have taken Silicea 12X for the about 4 months. I must admit that I am not strict about the frequency at which the medicine must be taken. I have not noticed any improvement.

I also recently came across articles on Lycopodium as a remedy for prematurely graying hair. I am about to purchase my next refill of Silicea 12X. Based on the information

Does anyone see something I should be different? Would you recommend Lycopodium over Silicea 12X?

take lyco 200 and repeat after 1 week

another medicine is wiesbeden 200, u can repeat it after 4 days

hair will grow darker

I am sorry I did not understand this, but can you please clarify 'Lycopodium 200 and repeat after one week'

Does it mean I should take only one granule every week?

Also, I am buying granules of Lycopodium Clavatum 200C of size 2dm. I hope that is what the full technical name is.

So, I should take EITHER lycopodium or wiesbeden, not both. is that correct?

only one medicine at one time

just use lyco 200
1 dose per week (1 dose may be 5 to 10 granules depending upon its size)

What precautions should I take as far as diet is concerned? Any particular food or drink I should avoid?

Also, in your experience, how long before I can expect visible results?
