symptoms after medication?

a woman of 60 years has pain in shoulder joints especially in morning.Right shoulder has the greatest pain
The pain is better after a few movements.
She has (pain or stiffness?)in back when rising from a seat
and the same happened when stooping It is allmost impossible to stooping to the ground.
sometimes there is unvoluntary urination when coughing.
She has sometimes a feeling of constriction in larynx.
She can not sleep 1 on 3 days
until 4 a 5h in the morning
She has the symptoms only for 4 months after taking medication from a allopath doctor.
