Stomach problems
HiI am suffering from stomach/ digective problems for last may years. Mostly try to keep it under control with diet but it has flared up in last two weeks. The basic problem is gas and feeling of fullness after meals and also lot of belching. If gas does not pass lot of discomfort in the lower abdomen as well as in the upper abdomen is felt.
I was put on Neksuim 40 twice a day and Ganaton 50 mg also twice a day on 27th Feb. I felt a little better but my appetite was completely gone. Then this week I have statrted having loose motions and funny sesations in the stomach. Evenings are particularly bad. On top of this I am begining developing a lot of anxiety that I am not getting cured. I feel very anxious and also fear the worst. There is sometimes sinking feeling as well as increased palpitations accompanying the stomach discomfort. I am also scared to eat too much fearing that I will have more problem. This is affecting my ability to concentrate on my work and also to lead a normal life.
Will be grateful if anyone can please help !!
I am female and 40 years.
Thanks

Dr Mahfooz,
Thanks for your response. Should I take the medicine beofre meals or after meals ?
Also I have taken Biochemic medicines like combination no 25 and Nat Phos 6 X in the last week, but they helped very marginally.
Pl advise
