Sudden ageing

I am a 60 yo widower. staying with a servant now. For as long as I can remember, i had been a sexual pervert and this has prevented me from achieving my best in all aspects of life, i.e., education, career, conjugal relations etc though I am endowed with better than average intelligence.
I had been having excellent blood chemistry all along. But over the last one month I am having transient episodes of high BP, high levels of cholesterol, sugar , cratinine, bilirubin SGPT etc. I still love to flirt though I do not take it further due to my problem of early ejaculation and lack of confidence. I am a light drinker ( 60 ml whisky ) and smoker (3-4 cigarettes a day ) and occasionally give up smoking as it causes difficulty in inspiration in the night. I have a desire for fried and salty things. I dont take sweets tough I like sweets. I like my milk and tea warm and not HOT. My thirst is very low. My body is thin and slim and the weight is 61 kg and height is 170 cm. I have a weak lower back also and the pains are relieved by warmth. I am generally vegetarian. I am honest and truthful except in matters of sex where I have been cheating all people who have come into my life.
I had been earlier given Sil and Lyc in different potencies and they have only helped temporarily and in the physical plane only.I am now occasionally having episodes of depression and would like to get out of it and have normal mental and physical health restored. I am seeking guidance in proper life-style and medicine to correct the imbalances.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
a constitutional remedy would probably help you to reduce the present difficulties if not totally eliminate them.

based on your limited description, the remedy which comes to mind for you is PHOSPHORUS.

at this age, what you need is a controlled and healthy lifestyle.

you can take three doses of PHOSPHORUS 200c at 4 to 6 hours interval on any one day in empty stomach.

do not take any remedy or any english medication for the next 1 month.

avoid liquor and cigarettes for the time you are under the treatment.

Thank you for the quick response. I had found Phos to be the likely constitutional remedy except that i prefer sleeping on my left side (almost flat on the abdomen with feet crossed and arms tightly under chest) I did not have much of bleeding anywhere except haemorrrhoids off and on. I crave for and enjoy light massage. Iam now taking some Aurvedica medicines prescribed on the basis of the lab tests. The lab findings are given below for a general idea as they seem to indicate that the disturbances are currently only functional and have not reached the stage of pathological changes.
