How to take Calcarea Flourica

Hello All;

This is my first post here. I've been taking homeopathic remedies for years, but right now don't have a Homeopath as I'm new to the US and my benefits haven't kicked in yet.

I started taking Calcarea Flourica two days ago at 6X for lower back muscular pain and problems with unrefreshed sleep. I have only taken two doses. It has helped greatly but I'm unsure how much to take and for how long.

Anyone know?
