I hate effexor

I am sooooo happy that I have found this site, it has really helped me coming off of the preatty pink pills effexor. It wasnt my choice to come off of them, actually it is cuz it was my fault that I lost my pills and had to go cold turkey, well my first day of going off of the pills was friday, so I am in my 6th day of pure hell. I thought that I was losing my mind until I come unto this sight. I had no idea what effexor could do to you coming off of these drugs. Mydoctor originally perscribed them to me gradually upping my dosage so that I have been on 300 mg's for the past 3 years, and boy do I feel it. I have had every single symptom described on this sight, and still deep into it, I dont think that I could remember what happend these past few days, accept that I have not been myself, I keep wondering, if this is how real life is supposed to feel like? Wow, I feel like going to the nearest drugstore and begging them to perscrible me some more, but let me tell you, I am never ever ever going back on those damn pills again. Especially with these withdrawls, I want everyone to know how thankful I am for this sight and that I fully understand what each and every one of you is going through, stay strong and hang in there, I believe that it will pass, with time, although, I really wish it would just go away for good and forwever, soon though I think. I feel like I am on some sort of bad acid trip, thank goodness I dont do that anymore btw. lol, for years. Thank you everyone and if anyone can tell me how long this will last coming off of thise dosage, I would be truly grateful,
Staying strong and completely insane,
Jennifer Anne
