am i suffering from acidity???

hi,
I am a male,aged 24 years,height 5'11 and weight 65 .I have the following problems;

1. Erratic appetite.
2. tongue coated all times.
3. after meals, my stomach bloats up like that filled with gas.
4. feel very drouzy all day.
5.lack of energy to do anything
6.farting and belching.
8.i feel best in the morning after bowel movement and when my stomach contains no food.
9.unable to eat anything spicy.Even rasam i find tough.
10.When eaten anything little spicy feel burning in stomach
11 stools not well formed and not in one go.
12.lost 2kilos in last 3
13.feel weakness and low-back pain.
14.affected by jaundice 3 yrs back.didn have any problem till date

I am a gourmet and love eating and going to gym.but nowadays i don get that drive becuse my stomach is bloated and feel uneasy

is this acidity?? if so can experts in this forum suggest quick remedy.
