This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
What is the reason?
Is this due to acidity?
Is this due to stomach problems?
What is detail of your ailment?

Hi Dr. Mahfooz

Thanks for answering me. Four months ago I had major surgery. I had a thymoma and my thymus gland removed. Right after my operation I started having problems with my mouth, blisters and sores that turned into an ulcer. Since I had that sore over 9 weeks. Finally I went to see a hemeopathy doctor and she told me to gargle with a pill of acidapholus and 1/4 teaspoon of L-glutamine. The ulter was healed w/in 5 days. But the dryness in my mouth, cutting feeling in my tongue and cracked tongue didn't improve. I have been using some 'Biotene' products for 7 days and I am seeing some improvement. But would like to know if you know of any natural remedies. Thanks a lot.

Ok

I think these are the side affects of antibiotics. Please take Nux.Vom.30 thrice a day or a week and make a lotion of the following for mouth wash 3/4 times a day:
Caendola-Q
Hydrastic-Q
