Asthma - 2 1/2 year old boy - help

I have a 2 1/2 old boy with asthma. He is being treated with ENVIRO drops for his allergies and on my last visit he was given TUB 200c and Suplhur. I have tried to understand why he has been given these drops but am struggling. He has been on them for about five days and I can see an attack coming. He is starting to cough and his nose is beginning to run. Can anyone enlighten me as to why he would have been given TUB and Sulphur?
I have noticed he is sleeping better but he seems more agitated and bad tempered.
