Sinus, Allergy Symptoms
76 YO woman with pretty consistent sinus issues year round, but much worse during allergy season. Causes sore throat, itchy eyes, aching face and sometimes soreness and discomfort in lung/chest area. Causes and overall feeling of feeling rundown and tired when it is at its worst. Sometimes get a crawling sensation on the face during a flare up.millizzgmail.com on 2024-05-07

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.
DAY 4 ONWARDS
SILICEA 30.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION NAT MUR 6X AND NAT SULPH 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

Update on Sinus/allergy problems:
Have been taking the remedies as prescribed. Overall symptoms much better than before taking the remedies Congestion and headaches are not as severe. When first started the remedies on Day 2, had a period of nose running on and off for about a day and half. In the middle of the week, had a sore throad that persisted for about 3 days with heartburn and indigestion (sometimes gets that with drainage).
Generally, feel ok in the mornings, but there is some closing and tightening still in the head as the day goes on, but not as severe as prior to the remedy. Sometimes still gets an aching in the ears that is periodic and brief.
Again, overall symptoms less severe, but not gone.
