Gluten intolerance Recovery -Homeo Help
Dear Doctors,I hope this post find everyone well and in good health.
I am male 40 age. Married.
I have gastrointestinal symptoms, loose stool, IBS. I have gone through plenty if tests. Including Thyroid, IGA, Stool examination etc.
I feel exhausted, nervous, fatigued after meal and then all the time, developed arthritis. All matching gluten inflammation conditions.
Long story short all tests result normal
Always. But my symptoms remained persistent since more than 15 years.
Lately, i have decided to go gluten free diet in which i self made a rice and daal ata roti(which increased my Uric acid)
However
I feel much better after leaving wheat but thing is i want to develop again gluten/wheat tolerance.
I believe after a break of wheat consumption, my body immune and Gut linen will heal.
I want Homeopathy to ease my path and help me develop the digestive enzymes which i believe eroded over the past due to gluten , stress, inflammation exposure.
I think i have delivered my concept.
1. Be gluten free for some time
2. Restore immune system
3. Eliminate inflammation
4. Restore gut becteria
5. Restore enzymes.
6. Introduce wheat again.
Please support me in this regard and suggest me homeopathic medicine which restore my digestive enzymes.
In addition any advise in this regard is requested.

I suggest read up on glyphosate and herbicide use on wheat. There has been a 4fold increase in celiac disease, gluten intolerance in the last 50 years.They are finding fish exposed to glyphosphate exhibit changes that look like celiac disease but it is really changes from herbicides- this is not just wheat but big increases of gut malfunction in South America populations after they use herbicides on sugar before harvest. I think a big issue here is eating pesticide laden wheat and other products. Here in USA they now say only eat organic fruit bc fruit has the most pesticides used.
I hope you succeed in reintroducing wheat- but as a Mom with huge fam all over USA I notice all relatives complaining about kids health- allergies, gut problems,and adults too.

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.
DAY 4 ONWARDS
Gaertner Bach 30.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION NAT SULPH 6X AND KALI MUR 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

But pls inform me as i told u that i am on gluten free diet and feeling much better.
Should i keep avoiding wheat and gluten products while using the medicine.

Its the 5th day since medincines have started.
I have used Nux 200.
And taking the Nat sulf and kai mur tablets as per prescribed.
Started the Gartner bach 30 from Day 4th.
The Gartner Bach was a less available medicine. I have arranged it. It came with name Morgan 30.
The shop owner told me its name is Morgan Gartner.
I hope its the same medicine, need your advice on it .

Its better since avoiding of wheat from diet.

How long i keep continuing the above medicine in same way and when to report further ?
